Our Story

“From age 18, I had a love of beer. Beer has always been intertwined with my life. I have been a home brewer for many years off and on. I have also run a local business for 19 years, and in 2012 rekindled a passion for beer. Started brewing seriously again, volunteering within the beer community and eventually formulated a plan to give back for all the enjoyment I have had.

I think the idea of a local brewery which supports the community is a good thing. I have lived here for 20years, my kids go to school here, I want to support the local community because I believe in it. ~ Adam Gibb, Founder”

Our Beers

Plantation Pale Ale

3.5% abv, 24 IBU, a full bodied midstrength Pale Ale with a malt backbone and generous additions of aroma hop to deliver a balanced refreshing finish.

Brickworks English Mild Bitter

3.2% abv, 14 IBU, a copper coloured English bitter with a creamy malt finish and a hint of smokieness from light chocolate malt.

Petrie Pilsener

4.8% abv, 30 IBU, a traditional Pilsener using European style malts and noble hops to create a clean beer with a crisp bitter finish with just a hint of fermentation flavours.

Rothwell Radler

2% abv, 14 IBU, our interpretation of a traditional German style. Lemon infused, that isn’t too sweet is a great thirst quencher.

Route 71 IPA

5.8%, 55 IBU, a full bodied beer with a mix of bittering and aroma hops have been used to create an approachable hop forward beer.

Coach Stop Cider

4.2% abv, a dry cider made in house for the cider lover. Sessionable and refreshing with a clean finish.

Griffin Golden Ale

4.5% abv, 25 IBU, a refreshing Summer style Ale featuring Mandarina Bavaria hops and a hint of wheat.
